Steve Harter
 Steve, founder of Brooke Care, Inc, joined the Resource Team in 2006 when Brooke Care joined with AO. Steve has experience serving people with developmental disabilities and over 40 years experience in insurance /risk management. Steve oversees AO’s risk management functions as well as being the Resource Team liaison to the Community Services division. He is CEO of the AO Brooke Care operations. Steve has his BA degree from Drury University.
