Workforce Partnerships
AO Workforce Partnerships contracts with Local Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) to support a workforce system that focuses on matching workers to employers, with a strong emphasis on offering outstanding customer service.
We believe "no one of us is as good as all of us" and that communities improve as all individuals become capable of participating actively in their own lives.
Our programs are funded by federal, state and local dollars allowing us to provide services at no cost to you.
Whether you are a worker who needs assistance with a career change, someone just getting started understanding the world of work, or an employer looking for that next great employee - we are here to help. Through our partnerships with local Career Centers we are able to support you in reaching your goals.
We current offer services in the following regions of Missouri:
Ozark: The Ozark Region is comprised of Polk, Dallas, Greene, Webster, Christian, Stone and Taney counties.
Southwest: The Southwest Region is comprised of Jasper, Newton, Barry, Lawrence, Dade, Barton, and McDonald counties.
West Central: The West Central Region is comprised of Bates, Benton, Carroll, Cedar, Chariton, Henry, Hickory, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Saline, St. Clair, and Vernon counties.
City of Saint Louis: Services are provided within the City of Saint Louis.
